Intermittent cutting out of sound and all video—or sometimes on live tv repeating short segments over and over again.

Tried different channels, and have also fully rebooted all Xfinity equipment.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the cable service, I know how frustrating that can be, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Do you watch TV on a cable box, our using the Xfinity Stream app?
