I'm trying to replace my primary set top box with the XG1v4-A but I can't get it to get off the language selection.
The standard primary box worked great, just not 4k. Just received the XG1v4-A and trying to set it up but the remote doesn't seem to work nor does the previous remote that I have unpaired. It pops up on the screen but won't move off of English selection. Arrows don't work, buttons don't work. Changed batteries and still nothing.

If you weren't aware we do also offer the wonderful Xfinity Remote App: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/downloading-cable-tv-app. I actually have that downloaded on my phone and use more than my remote now, since I have my phone with me most of the time.
If you are still having issues getting your remote paired up, please let me know.

Replaced the box and the new one worked great. I downloaded the cable tv app and it also works.
