We’d be happy to help! If the additional TV box has been stuck trying to connect for over an hour, there are a couple quick things we’d recommend trying first.
Please unplug the box from power for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and allow it a few minutes to reboot fully. Also, make sure:
If it is a wireless box, try moving it a little closer to the main gateway/modem temporarily during setup to see if it completes the connection process.
If it’s still not connecting afterward, please let us know what model box you have and what message or light pattern you’re seeing on the screen/front of the box, and we’ll keep troubleshooting with you.
