I need an ARRIS XG1v4 cable box
I'd like to request a Arris XG1v4 Cable Box to replace current wireless 4k box which does not work in my house. I see that many have been able to obtain a replacement through this forum, but can't find the exact process? Can and Xfinity rep contact me with details?
