I cannot get some of the channels like discovery Travel Channel ones like that but it’s part of my plan. Has anybody else experienced?

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.
Have you performed any standard troubleshooting steps such as unplugging the set-top box for 20-30 seconds and plugging the device back in?
Could you please provide us some additional details pertaining to the issue at hand? Are you able to see the channel within the channel guide? Are you receiving an error code/message when visiting the channel that we can use to reference the issue? Do you have our Xfinity Stream App and have any issues watching the live stream through a different device?
