How to activate peacock premium without a voice remote

I have X1 but no voice remote (preferring the old remotes, much easier to push the buttons...).  Is there a method to activate peacock premium other than using the voice remote?

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your question here. To access the Peacock app on your Xfinity X1 box, follow the directions below.

Get to the Peacock App on X1 and Flex

You can get to the Peacock app by:

  1. Pressing the xfinity button on your Xfinity Voice Remote.
  2. Pressing the right arrow to go to the Apps menu.
  3. Pressing the arrow buttons to get to Peacock.

What part of "without a voice remote" is confusing?

If you have Xfinity X1 you have the Peacock app in the Apps section. You do not need to have a voice remote to follow the steps in this thread's Best Answer, any compatible X1 remote control will allow you access.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

I have the Peacock app on my main tv with the voice remote, but my other 2 tvs access xfinity beta streaming app via a Roku setup, e.g. using a Roku remote.  When I go to the apps section of Xfinity Beta Streaming on a Roku tv, the Peacock  app doesn't appear in the list to add it.  How can I access Peacock on a  Roku tv?
