How do I post in community forum
I have been an Xfinity customer for over 30 years. In the past few months I have had an issue with DVR playback issues with my wifi box. Trying to play back a recorded program the picture will freeze, smudge and kick me out to the permanantly delete menu. I know I have seen a few posts on this same subject. I had the original wifi box since I moved 6/2022. This issue has just been for the last few months. Yesterday I had a technician come out and replace a box again. I have spoken with a myriad of "customer support people), most with no help. I also tried to change my account since I was paying over $200/month. I have Xfinity internet, cell phone and cable TV. I recently called to get money off for canceling landline and selecting AutoPay. I was given a new deal where "everything was the same". When the tech arrived yesterday, he said they had cancelled one box. (I have always had two TVS) What is going on with these people. When you call the infamous customer support lines, sometimes you get a rep, but most recently are told we had to try Xfinity Assistant, chat and THEN an actual human. Very bad customer service. Long story short, I am still having the problem, and have not gotten contract corrected. I am seeing a new provider the end of the month but I prefer to have Xfinity. Years ago there was a "retention line" but today seems to be a myth. Extremely disgusted.
