How can I record just 1 episode of a program it will only record if I select All Episodes

Have 2 new X1 boxes.  How can I record just 1 episode of a program it will only record if I select All Episodes

Hi, ElizebethM. Thanks for posting! You're in the right place for help with all things X1. Great question! When you go to set up the recording, you should see an option that says "Just this episode" as opposed to "All episodes." Do you see that? Let me know if you have any further questions!

Thank you for your answer.  Yes, that is what I see and I choose the "Just this episode" and nothing happens.  If I then select  "All episodes" and click confirm I get a "Your recording is set".  I want to be able to just click on "Just this episode" and get the "Your recording is set" like it did before I got the 2 new X1 boxes yesterday.

I see. Hmm. Are you unable to set up a single recording on both of the new boxes then?

That is correct I cannot set up a single recording either box.

Have you tried resetting the box by chance and trying again?

I have restart the both boxes several times.  Cleared some other issues but not this one,  Do you think I should try restarting them again.

Thanks for confirming. If you've already restarted the box before, you should be okay. Do have a red circle with a slash through it when trying to record these episodes? Or does it just not respond to the remote command?
