I understand that you are reaching out about the picture on your TV not looking as bright as it should and we are here to help. Have you had the chance to check the cables on the back of your box to make sure nothing is loose and everything is tight?
We would suggest trying to use another video cord or HDMI if you have one to test out. Do you have one handy? We are here to work with you through this.
