@snowrain Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your cable box issue and the connection being lost at the same time each night. Your cable equipment will go through an update each evening to ensure that the correct programming and software are coming through to your devices. You will generally get a notification stating that the device needs to update. Are you getting an internet connection error as well during this time? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
