Help … just want to watch FOOTBALL (English) I have unlimited ESPN … does not work ….help please

Hey there, @user_67p8hm, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issues with ESPN. I know you're just trying to catch the game, and I'll do my best to help! Can you tell us a little more about what's happening when you try to access ESPN? Are you getting an error message, a blank screen, or being asked to sign in? Also, are you watching through the ESPN app, Xumo Stream Box, cable box, or another device? That information will help narrow things down.
