How do we sign into this if we subscribed through Hallmark? It keeps asking me to start a free trial

Are you able to access the contact using your Xfinity voice remote, Poolmama247? On the screen you're on, does it say anywhere already a customer, sign in here?

There is no where to sign in. All I see is a pop up to start subscribe through Xfinity but I already have an account.

@Poolmama247 In order to view Hallmark + you would have to subscribe through the cable box or streaming box. There is not a log in since it would go through the box as it is a subscription offered by on demand from Xfinity.

Since I can log in to Disney and Paramount through Xfinity app, why can't I do it for Hallmark +?
