getting error code RDK-10000 on our three satellite boxes

This morning, all three of our satellite boxes (thankfully not our main box) are displaying the error code RDK-10000. We have tried restarting individual boxes and have done a system refresh, and they are still displaying the error code and not transmitting. How can we resolve this?

I have seen this before and it is frustrating. 

Unplug the main box from the power. Then unplug all the satellite boxes. 

If you have an Xfinity Gateway for Internet reboot it in the app.

Once the Internet reboots. Plug in your main cable box. Let it load and boot all the way up. 

Once it is done you can plug in the satellite boxes. 

I know this sounds crazy, but this will reset the MoCA network in the house, which the satellite boxes use to connect. 

This will usually resolve the issue with them.

Hey @user_cmp119! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. I'm so sorry you're getting these errors. It is a communication error, so there is probably an issue with your wiring. Have you made sure everything is finger tight or done any of the suggested troubleshooting steps posted by @Tek?
