Fast forward resume issue

On some recordings, when I fast forward through a commercial and resume, the sound playback is current but the video plays a high speed recap of the skipped info until it is current. Does this on some programs, not all. How can I fix this. It happens on both my x1 dvrs.

I am so sorry that you are having an issue with your DVR like that! Just to make sure, you said it is some programs, is it always the same ones or different ones? Also, have you done any sort of reset on the box? The best thing I can suggest is to unplug the box and plug it back in after 30 seconds. If none of those things work, you can also shoot me a DM here as well @user_d5f9b0!

It started doing this about two weeks ago. It worked fine until then. It does it on Game Show Network recordings for “Idiotest” and on Discovery recordings for “Secrets in the ice” and sometimes on “Gold Rush”. I have reset the Dvr and unplugged it several times and ran “My Account troubleshooting reset” to no avail.
