Every day there is an issue
All last week, it was difficult to get Max to launch and stream Game of Thrones. I restarted the X1 box and rebooted the router. I could maybe watch two episodes. Then the next day it was the same thing. Now it’s FXM. I can’t watch Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. I’ve been trying to stream that movie for two days. Why is this happening daily? I do believe that our internet may be going out intermittently and there are issues on the XFINITY end causing this problem. I lost my discount so my bill is going up at least $40 and my service is going downhill. I have no option here for TV and internet.

Hello @Lkpolo thank you for taking the time to make this post so that we can assist you with your services. We know it is frustrating to have issues with your services, especially when it keeps happening! We want to ensure that you get the support you need on this and your service is working exactly as you need it! Are you only having issues watching content via 3rd party apps, or are you also having issues with your live/On Demand/recorded content? Are you getting any error messages?

In general it is something that is internet related. I get messages that one or more of my X2 cameras is offline. The Ring doorbell rings when no one is there. I get messages for On Demand channels or movies that says this app or movie isn’t available right now and to restart the X1 box. I’ve rebooted the X1 box and the router. Some times things work and sometimes it doesn’t.
