Error when trying to use the cable box
Whenever I try to watch live TV, I get a Pace Error that says "There is no Software to execute" and wants me to press Select. I've tried pressing select on the remote but nothing changes.
My TV is a smart TV, so I can still watch Netflix/Hulu ect. This error only happens when I try to use the live TV channels.
I believe the error code is (74371CU).
I've tried unplugging the power from the box for a few minutes and nothing changes.
Is there anything else I can try?
