There’s no coming back from that screen, it needs swapped out. Either swap it in person at your local service center or have a tech out.

I know I should probably start my own post but, I'm getting a blue screen that says loader diagnostics.
I am not a Comcast Employee, I am just a customer volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

Swap the cable box you mean??
