Error recording programs

Recording one program. Attempt to record a second at same time.  Error that does not allow or wants to cancel the one recording. 
of course the screen wants to sell an upgrade. 

what is the deal now?

Cloud dvr. No.change to service for the last few years.

Shockingly the error has resolved itself. I am now able to record 2 programs at once. This must have been a server error on Xfinity's side that was causing this issue.
