Equipment replacement

I received a notice on my tv that I needed to replace my current equipment and I agreed and it said it would be shipped to me. Received another notice that old equipment must be returned within 30 days of receiving the new equipment. When am I to receive the new equipment it has beeen some time since it said I would get it?
