ElectricNow App (third-party)

I'm trying to use the ElectricNOW App located in the APPS (free movie & tv) section but there is no sound. I can use it elsewhere (app on phone or app through AmazonFireStick) and it works fine. I can also use other apps (PlutoTV, Tubi & Freevee) through Xfinity APPS section and they also work fine so it only seems like a problem with Xfinity and the ElectricNOW app.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issue with the ElectricNow app. We definitely want to make sure you are able to enjoy all of your favorite apps! Have you tried rebooting the box to see if that helps with the issue with the app?

It's not just one tv in the house, it's all three of them.
