DVR

My DVR used to record on my box with sufficient storage now it only records to the cloud with insufficient storage, how can I switch it to recording on the box

Thank you so much for sharing the modem of the DVR you are using at this time. When you are selecting a program to record, do you get presented with an option on where you want it stored or does it automatically go to the cloud?

Thank you for confirming that. Typically, with the DVR storage it is more like two DVR libraries working together so when you are not home you are looking at your cloud DVR recordings. Are you having issues at this time with running out of space or getting messages when trying to record? If you like our team is here happy to take a look at your account and the space to make sure everything is configured correctly.

After recording just a few sports, the DVR says its like 95% full.  We used to be able to record a lot more when it wasn't going to the cloud.
