My DVR is not showing any of my programs that are to be recorded

Same with me. When I checked the programs in the guide, the listing said they were being recorded. They weren't.

Hello @user_fk5fm3. I'm sorry to hear you're not able to access the programs you had recorded. I would be more than happy to figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. Are you getting an error message/code when accessing the recording folder? Is the folder completely empty or are there some programs still available?

My DVR records then loses the  programs within 24 hours. Spent three days on phone, now they keep calling my wife to tell her it’s fixed and it is NOT. Have appointment for tech at your suggestion. Stop trying to cancel it and stop harassing my wife.
