DVR storage

"My account profile is experiencing a Cloud DVR storage rate-code mismatch. My new wireless TV box shows 94% storage full even though I only have 6 programs recorded and my 'Recently Deleted' folder has been completely emptied. A local system refresh failed to correct the discrepancy. Please remove and re-provision my account's DVR rate codes, verify my cloud hour allotment tier, and run a background cloud synchronization to force reset my storage counter."
