Dvr recordings from someone else's account

I signed up for a package that kept everything I had but reduced my bill. The next day, I'm seeing recordings that we did not schedule. In addition, my recordings are being deleted. Calling is no help. I've seen that other people had this happen. This is in the stream app as well.

I'm having a similar problem and after 5 calls to customer support, it's still happening.  Did you ever get this resolved?
