DVR recording shows not scheduled
After I upgraded the DVR to the latest model a month or two ago. It recorded so much before I noticed that it erased some stuff I had saved that I wanted. I came here to see if I could find anyone else with the same issue and if there is a resolution.

Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @mobileuser1. I'm sorry to hear that your new DVR is recording shows you did not want to record. I hate the idea you have had to erase these shows. I can't imagine your frustration. Let's take a look together and make sure you don't continue to have this problem. Can you send us a private message with your full name, name of account holder (if different) and service address? I thought this was fixed, but it's not, and I just wanted to let Xfinity know. I understand they may still be working on the issue, that it may take a long time to fix, and that the only current solution is for me to continue to monitor and delete any recordings or schedules I did not create.

I’m also having this problem - lots of shows that I did not select are being recorded. Please help.
