DVR recording longer than 1 hour won't Fast Forward
This has been going on for a few weeks.
If a recorded show is more than one hour long when I hit the Fast Forward button, whether once, twice, three time or four times nothing happens. In fact the counter go back 1, 2, 3, or 4 second each time I hit the FF button on my Remote. The only thing that does work is the Lighting Bolt, Press FF button 5 times, then it just ZIPS right thought the show/movie, and the Page Up Page Down buttons to Jump 5 minutes forward or backwards.
Is this my boxes (Yes it happens on both my X1 boxes. Big one in my living room and a smaller one in my bedroom) or something on the Comcast Server system?

when next you notice the issue, press the OK button on the remote. does it say DVR or 'cloud icon' + DVR in lower left or something else?

do you have an in-home DVR set top box? xg1 or xg4?

Boxes are XG2V2-s and XiDp.

Thanks for the reply. @Rustyben
It is a Cloud icon + DVR. I just started a moview that is 2 hours long. I switched to some other channel and let it run for about 10 minute then called up the Saved recording and started watching it. Hit the FF button and Nothing happened, No FF.
