DVR Not Recording more than 2 shows

Hello,

My X1 DVR is suddenly not recording more than 2 shows at once. I used to be able to record 6 shows at once. How do I fix this? Is it a setting or something that got changed?

The version of my DVR is Pace XG1v1.

Good afternoon user_g87tf3 the tuner limit is still set at 6, but this will also depend on available space on your DVR storage. Is your DVR storage at 85% or above? If so we recommend deleting older programs to free up space, and also checking the deleted bin and clearing that as well.

The DVR is 56 percent full and there was only 1 thing in the trash. I deleted it just be safe. If I try to set more than 2 shows to record the 3rd program claims there is a conflict.

Gotcha! Sounds like there is more content in the cloud than on the DVR, and it's throwing off the sync. You should be able to correct this by logging into your account online or on the app and deleting any shows or movies you see on the app that aren't on your DVR.

The correct answer is to check the cloud storage. Apparently you cloud DVR controls how many shows you can record at once. To record 6 at a time you must be at 150+
