DVR Less Recording Capacity
Prices keep increasing but get less in features. Such as the newer DVR's which have MUCH less recording capacity. Outrageous--WHY did you do that? OH, to get more money out of customers to BUY more recording capacity--really? Also, the newer remotes are terrible. The best remotes were the XR11.

I just upgraded my X1 box to the newer equipment. Much to my surprise the DVR has a significant decrease in capacity. Just as the user above has indicated it is obviously for one purpose and that is to make the customer buy more capacity. It is outrageous and I think all customers should be concerned about the lack of integrity that is displayed by Xfinity s conduct towards its customers. It's all about the bottom line for Xfinity and has nothing to do with customer satisfaction. The best thing you can do is to file a better business bureau complaint.

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. The original poster has not returned. 5-month-old dead thread is now being closed.
For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on someone else's old thread can delay getting help.
