DVR help re nightly updates, resets, recordings
Nightly updates 2-4am and how they affect DVR recordings ? Is this only for internet users or for all of us? Should I cancel all my 2-4am recordings? (4-6 no good either....) What does it mean it resets?! I don't want reset ever!!!

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it.

Yes, it could affect DVR recordings the way it is now. It would be better if we could have to option ask for an update like Microsoft. updates
