DVR error 4k recording - XRE-06027

I am receiving error code XRE-06027 when I attempt to record 4k programs that do not have lower definition options. Specifically, I am trying to record the Circle channel. Can someone assist?

Hi, @user_8617ks. Thanks for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. It appears Circle TV has transitioned to Circle Country which is a streaming only option. When I search for Circle TV, I get on-demand only results. Does this error happen on other networks?

Thanks you for the reply. I checked a couple other channels close on the guide to Circle to see which return errors. The XUMO channels also return the error.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

Thanks. I have the answer I need. Circle channel is stream only so I can not record to DVR. You can close the thread.
