DVR deletions
Recordings I have from just 2 wks ago are gone from my DVR. I literally just recorded the last 2 Saturdays. In addition, one of 5 movie series I recorded today did not get recorded. Very frustrating and annoying. Note, we have Xfinity.

Hey @user_i21om6, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and experience regarding the DVR service. Do you currently use an Xfinity X1 set-top box or exclusively use the Xfinity Stream app? Are you able to see your recordings within the Stream app or web portal, but not on the X1 set-top box? What about DVR recording space, do you only use the complimentary 20 hours or subscribed to our full DVR service of 150 hours of recording time? Please let us know at your next available convenience so we can assist in troubleshooting further.
