DVR capacity

I recently had a wireless cable box installed by Xfinity. Since then, I am receiving numerous "recording conflict" errors. Also we used to see our 20 hr limit posted under the deleted shows with an option to increase our capacity. Its GONE. We never had this problem before. What is different with this box?

Thanks for reaching out, user_p6ark9! It sounds like too many shows are being scheduled to record at once. Also, what kind of box sis you have compared to the box you have now?
