Dvdr will not record

A few months ago I had to exchange my DVDR box. Of course I lost most if not all of my recorded programs however the programs that had been recorded to the cloud remained.  I have several shows that were set to record all episodes that will now not record.  I have deleted the record option from the box and from the cloud, and set a new record option,  however in order to record, the I can only do a manual record each episode. To make matters even more strange, after about 2 months one of the tv shows have started recording all episodes again as I left the record option.  Can anyone offer any suggestions? Am I over looking something?  Thanks for all ur help.

Hello, shoegaltoo. Thank you for posting about this issue with your DVR. I apologize for the inconvenience it's been causing with your recorded shows! Were you able to get this resolved since you posted? If not, have you tried rebooting your DVR to reset it? To reboot your DVR:

  1. Ensure your cables are tightly secured.
  2. Press and hold the Power button located on the front of the primary DVR TV Box for 10 seconds.
  3. The TV Box should automatically reboot.

    Or:
  1. Ensure your cables are tightly secured.
  2. Unplug the power from your primary DVR TV Box for 30 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord back in to your TV Box.

Allow five minutes for your primary DVR TV Box to reboot. Then, follow the same steps for each one of your other TV Boxes. You must allow each TV Box to recognize the primary DVR TV Box (by checking to see if you can access recordings, for example) before moving on to reboot the next.

Please let me know if this helps!
