Duplicate recordings
I came across this forum post and was sad to see no resolution provided, instead users were told to direct message Comcast, giving the rest of us no info on how to resolve.

I currently have the Golden State Warriors set to record all new games. Often the game is shown on CSN and ESPN so it records on both channels. I see the upcoming game against Boston has 3x recordings (CSN, ESPN, and the Spanish broadcast) scheduled for me.
Why is there no option to record a program on a preferred channel if there are multiple, parallel, scheduled airings?

Our goal here on the forums is to provide as much public assistance as possible before asking for a direct message. If a direct message is necessary, we try to summarize the solution publicly once we’ve resolved the concern.
Having the DVR set to record all will cause each channel where the team’s games is airing to record. This can help in situations where one channel is blacklisted while the other is still available. At this time, the only option to prevent this is by manually select the games you want recorded on the preferred networks.
