Disney app not working

This week the Disney app is giving an error code of 1206 with_service_init_failure.  Yet I get no message from Xfinity there is a current problem.  Sound a like an Xfinity failure

This started for us this week too. Now day 3 of error and I can’t figure out how to resolve it.

Me Too!!  Started Monday not working. A tech came out Tuesday and gave me a new TV box. It’s Thursday and still get the same error message.

I have refreshed my system, and rebooted the boxes.  I still end up with the same error.  As above I started having this problem Monday.  Doesn't seem to be an issue with Disney+ exactly, as I can get to it through the web.

Error Code: 1026 - Auth_Service_Init_Failure was first seen last night. I worked with a technician who rebooted my system and it started to work. It seems to have developed into the same problem today. Both restart and refresh or tried and it still does not work. Yesterday they told me they would call me back today and I have not heard from them today.

I’ve been having this same problem (going on day 4 that I’m aware of). After exhausting all troubleshooting options with 2 agents, the last agent told me they are doing service maintenance with Disney +. It’s definitely an issue on their end. She couldn’t tell me an estimated time of when it should be fixed.

I'm seeing the same thing as others have mentioned. System refresh and reboots and nothing seems to help.  I had a friend test it as well at their house and are seeing the same issue as well.
