No Bluetooth under audio

just got a new box and I’ve reset it several times

my headphones will not connect

Just to confirm, have you been following the steps provided in our Pair a Bluetooth device with your X1 TV Box or Flex streaming TV Box article to connect your Bluetooth device to the box?
