delay
I've seen many questions about this, but no answers. I watch "The Voice" live, via xfinity (NOT streaming), on the NBC channel. There is a game you play along with the show where you vote on a contestant after they start singing. My phone shows the voting graph, but my TV is still showing a commercial. I have no idea if there is a delay on any other channels, but this one is obvious since you play along with the live performance. I have a smart TV and a not- smart TV, the delay is on both of them. Cable box connected with coaxial cable. Watching THE VOICE as well as any other contestant/ voting competition show isn't fun anymore because of this delay and for what xfinity costs me every month, TV watching should be fun on all shows. Surely there is an easy solution to this problem.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions offered to solve this issue.

@DulcineaLady Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the network being delayed. We have seen some reports of this, but mostly while streaming. We do not have any information as to why this is happening, but we can help troubleshoot.
If you would like to do that, can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address? To start a message, you must be signed in. Please click the envelope icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there!
