Continue fixing pixelation recording Problem

I need someone to take up where the Technican left off trying to fix X1 DVR recording pixelation.  I troubleshot with a chat agent which lead to a technician being dispatched to the house.  He replaced the MOCA filter and Gateway, saying if the pixelation continutes replace the TV Boxes.  The Boxes were replaced the next day because the 10pm news recordings started having pixelation. I need someone to continue where the Technican left off and fixing the pixelation problem.
