Constant RDK-03033 Errors

As of Sunday, April 2nd I am getting constant RDK-03033 errors on my 4K XG1v4. Says "There's a problem connecting to the Internet", but yet my Internet service and phone service is perfectly fine.

I rebooted the box, checked the connections, did a system refresh, rebooted my XB7 gateway, and other boxes. However, the box is still randomly unresponsive.

@XfinityAirelle​ So a local Tech Supervisor enabled MoCA on my XB7 Gateway and that corrected the RDK errors. I have had a myriad of issues and when I mentioned it to him he did that remotely, which corrected it. Interesting that this fixed it, but maybe this is required now?

I'm glad that the technician was able to fix your issue. This isn't usually required as the MoCA network doesn't usually disconnect. However, in some rare situations this can occur. How can I get this MoCA network enabled on my gateway?  I have swapped boxes and continually get problem connecting to internet when it’s just fine. RDK 3033 every.freakin.day!  It’s exhausting. And the box is wired connected box not wireless. HELP!

Sounds Like the Issue i had i Live in Dunnellon FL and the problem for me was that,

 in Dunnellon and other surrounding area's you can't use the X1 Boxes, the Installer said because of the Coding or something like that, so X1 Boxes won't work in Dunnellon area..​
​Which pretty much bites,    I would like Comcast to fix this problem, if it's only an issue of coding and how the Main Office streams cable this should be pretty much an easy fix for every one..​
​They need to get going on fixing this and not leave us out of this technology..​

Any how this may not be your problem but it sure does sound like it because i got that same Error trying to use a X1 Box..

Same it’s so annoying!! I had 3 techs come out, two x1 boxes replaced and coax cables replaced! I’m still having the issue! This issue just started two weeks ago.

I’ve been having the RDK-03033 message of can’t connect to internet, but internet is fine after 4 troubleshooting on 5 TV’s it’s not fixed. But magically it comes on in 15 -20 minutes for maybe 10 minutes. It started at 11am now it’s 8:49pm. We’ve been customers since the mid 1970’s & this is not worth it anymore. Our bill is $287.00 a month.
