cloud dvr jumps back to zero wrongly

Why does my DVR randomly jump back to zero during NFL (and now NBA) games? It's terrible having to remember where you are on the DVR constantly while trying to enjoy an NFL/NBA game! It's terrible and may cost you my business! How do I make it stop?

If you are waiting for an explanation why they are forcing NFL games to the Cloud for the last 2 years, 

and now the NBA, good luck- It's a BIG SECRET. The jumping back to the beginning must have happened

5 times  today for me.

posting your solution to this most irritating problem with Cloud Pro sports recordings

forced upon us- even though we have DVRs with hard drives.

@XfinityBrianH​ Please provide a link that I can click on to DM you. The instructions you provided were for someone using a phone where I am a senior and pretty much exclusively use my PC for all things internet related, so unfortunately your instructions were not useful to me, but we'll keep trying. Thanks.

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
   Press Enter to send it

@XfinityJeniece​ There is NOT a problem with my DVR or the other customers with hard drive DVRs that have the exact same problem.

I have a hard drive in my DVR and only have had Cloud recordings for the last 2 years for NFL games on any channel

a game is on and this year Comcast is doing this with NBA games as well. I record a game so that I can go through

it fast. Because it is a Cloud recording, there is a flaw that randomly resets the game to the beginning as you skip forward. So if you want  

to help, please give an explanation why NFL games and NBA games only result in Cloud recordings. Based on non answers

for the last 2 years, I assume my request will be ignored.  Any other sporting event I record are DVR recordings and play

back perfectly.

I just got an email asking me to mark a reply as the "accepted solution". Why would I do that? Watching NFL today was as bad as ever. You can't just relax and enjoy the game, you have to constantly remember where in the recording you are for when it randomly jumps back to zero. I did as asked and sent a DM days ago but never received any kind of reply, there or here. Give me a solution and I'll acknowledge it -- thanks.
