Channels 1-100 work intermittently
My problem is one of my TVs loses channels 1-100 after 6pm and they come back on at noon. I swapped boxes with another room and same issue, it’s not the boxes. Comcast did something over the phone and got them working remotely and then a few hours later they stopped. Comcast wants to send a technician out, but why would the hi def pictures work excellent and the lower channels not with a message “this channel will be available shortly “ but never comes on until noon the next day??

@user_020506 Hi there! We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your channels. Our awesome team will be happy to help. It seems there is an issue with your tuning to channels and for this we would recommend a system refresh.
To get started, you can use our awesome Voice remote and just say "System refresh" to get started. Once it has been completed, let us know if you are still having issues.
