Can’t turn off program alerts for a specific sports team.
Under the Xfinity settings, all notifications are off. I also went to the team’s next program in the guide, but there is no ‘reminder options’.

Thanks for checking those settings already. If all Xfinity notifications are turned off and the program in the guide does not show “reminder options,” the alert may not be tied to that specific program. It may be coming from a saved/followed team preference instead.
Please try checking your sports/team favorites or followed teams settings and remove that team if it is listed. After that, restart the TV box so the settings can refresh. You can also check whether the alert is coming through the Xfinity Stream app or another device, since app notifications can sometimes be separate from the TV box settings.
If the team is not listed anywhere as a favorite or followed team and the alerts continue, let us know what type of TV box you’re using and where the alert appears on screen. That will help us narrow down where the reminder is being triggered from.
