Can’t record movies on GAN with x1 dvr
Can’t record movies on GAN with x1 dvr. Able to schedule with remote but then they don’t record. Verified there aren’t any other shows scheduled for the same time.

- What is GAN?
- Are recordings appearing, but not playing correctly?
- Do you currently subscribe to our DVR service and have access to 20 hours or 150 hours of space?
- Are you receiving any error code or message when attempting to record one the X1 set-top box or Xfinity Stream App?
