Can't login to Apple TV plus

I get through the login screen, scan the QR code, login in on my device through apples two party authentication, the TV refreshes then says I have been logged out and need to login again despite still being logged in on my phone. I have tried several times with QR code and several times with letter code. Any advice would be great. Using Xfinity box, and internet.

I was experiencing the same problem. I logged into apple tv on my phone, went to settings, and selected to log out of all devices. I closed the browser and opened a new one. Then I went to https://activate.apple.com and put in the code. It worked perfectly.

Hey all, new xfinity customer here. I'm having the same issue. I'm going to try reaching out to them in peer to peer chat to provide my Apple ID and see how it goes.
