Can't connect bluetooth

I want to be able to connect bluetooth headphones or earbuds to my X1. I've read the detailed instructions telling me to go to Settings-> Device Settings -> Audio and then Bluetooth.  But there IS NO Bluetooth option under Audio settings.  What am I missing?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out for help with your Bluetooth connection. You are following the proper steps, but you may need to check your X1 box. XG1v4, Xi5 and Xi6 devices are equipped with a Bluetooth radio, which allows you to connect a Bluetooth device to stream audio. Do you know what model you have?

The main DVR box is model number AX013ANM

The secondary box is XiD-P Model: Pace PXD01ANI

Neither one offers bluetooth as an option in the menu.

You may have more luck connecting the Bluetooth device directly to TV, computer, laptop etc.

My Xfinity Bluetooth stocking cap works with mt Lenovo AIO computer, but not my Samsung 3D 4K tv.

There are different versions of Bluetooth, and they are not compatible with each other.
