Hey @user_9njz38, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to go through a few steps to troubleshoot the Xfinity Remote. With the remove being able to control the volume on the television, perhaps it just got unpaired from the set-top box. Do the 'Power Button' still power on and off the TV? Are you only unable to control the set-top box such as menu, guide, channels, and more?
