Can not Restart movies from the Start! What’s up with this?? Dissatisfied Customer!! This Feature needs to be reinstated ASAP!!

Can not restart movies from the beginning!! What’s up with that?  I have spent a lot of money over the years on Xfinity and this feature was one of the reasons I stayed with them!

@XfinityJoshuaG​ for what the cost of Comcast is these day taking away restart is pissing me off …. I have to keep deleting Chanel’s to keep costs down so Comcast can put billions to have there name on Arenas and stadiums while making it so expensive Might be time to search elsewhere

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
