Cable box

My cable box keeps resetting. I just upgraded to a 4K box and when i use the voice remote or anytime I put on a football game, the box resets. I thought it may be the remote and a tech came out and replace remote and it still is doing it.

We are big football fans in my household and I know how frustrated we would be if it was resetting during the big game! We are here to help! Have you done any other troubleshooting besides replacing the remote?

@XfinityJeniece only other troubleshooting is the daily unintended resetting and also we unplugged the box to restart

Anytime I use the voice remote. It even occurs with the replacement remote
