I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing, and I want to help get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Just checking in to see if you had a chance to review @Rustyben's comment? 

Are you receiving any error codes or messages on the channels you can't view? Are you able to do any troubleshooting with the My Account App?
