Cable box setup

My two new cable boxes are stuck on the error message RDK-03036. I have tightened the cables and restarted the box several times.

Hey there, @user_602cfa, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forms regarding your TV boxes. I know I love watching TV after work and I definitely want to ensure your boxes are working for you! 

 

Have you tried removing the cables and then reattaching everything? Also, when are you getting the error message, right when you start up the boxes?
